Vasus Scientific MarketPlace Fees, Billing and Fees Refund Policy
Transaction Fees
Vasus does not charge a fee for listing items for sale on the Vasus MarketPlace Service. As a Seller of an item with the Vasus MarketPlace Service, you will only be charged Transaction Fees by Vasus once a Registered User agrees to buy a listed product from you. Vasus does not charge any fees to Buyers.
Vasus's Transaction Fees payable by the Seller regarding the Vasus MarketPlace Service are as follows:

The Purchase Price is the price for which you sell the item, not including shipping and handling charges. Sales tax will not be considered as part of the Purchase Price when calculating the Transaction Fees.
Listing items is free. When your items sell, we collect a commission equal to 15% of the total amount of the sale. We deduct the 15% Transaction fee automatically before we send your payment.
Transaction Fees may be refundable under the conditions defined in the Refunds Policy section of this Agreement.
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to maintain current contact information for all billing and payments for commerce conducted within the MarketPlace Service. Vasus may suspend your Vendor Account and/or remove listings you may have placed to sell items through the Vasus MarketPlaces Service. Additionally, Vasus reserves the right to send your account to a collections agency and to charge interest on any amounts owed for returns and/or refunds equal to the lesser of one and one and half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, which shall be determined and compounded daily from the date due until the date paid in full. You agree to be responsible for any and all collection expenses incurred by Vasus for any amounts owed and overdue.
Payments for items sold
Payment methods include check via U.S. Mail or PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you’ll receive an email when your funds are available with instructions and a link to retrieve your payment. Vasus Support will contact you for this information prior to approving the listing of your first item(s) for sale.
The 15% Transaction fee will be collected automatically before sending Vendor payment for items sold through the Vasus Scientific Marketplace. Whether you choose to be paid by check or through PayPal, we will process your payment 7 business days after we verify that the buyer received the items ordered.
Very Important: When registering for a PayPal account, be sure to use the same email address that you use for your Vasus Scientific account in order to receive your payment.
Prompt payment requires the Vendor to send the following for sold items:
- the shipping company name (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- shipment tracking number
Tracking information for items sold must be sent via email to shipping@vasus.com or by replying to the Product Sale notice.
Fees for Additional Optional Services
Additional services for advertising and premium product placement may be available to enhance current or future listings. Fees for these optional services vary. To find out the most current rates please contact a Vendor services rep at vendorservices@vasus.com. Fees for optional services adhere to all billing policies described here.

Billing
All the fees owed to Vasus Scientific for using the Vasus Scientific Service will be billed in the following way:
On the 15th day of each month.
On the last day of each month.
At any time that the balance of all fees owed to Vasus from a single Vendor Account exceeds $100.
Or immediately upon termination of your Vendor Account
The failure by Vasus for any reason to charge or collect the above sums shall not relieve the responsibility of the Seller with respect to payments due.
Modification of Fees.
The fees mentioned above may be adjusted by Vasus, in its sole discretion. Adjustments to fees will become effective not sooner than fifteen (15) days of such modification. Vasus will notify you of such modifications via http://www.Vasus.com. In its sole discretion, Vasus may also provide notification by other means such as email and post. You agree that it is solely your responsibility to routinely visit this web page for notices of modifications to the Fees and Billings Policy. In the event a Seller does not approve of Transaction Fees after such modification, Seller should remove the applicable item(s) from the Vasus MarketPlace’s Service and/or cancel their Vendor Account.
Refunds for Transactions Fees
A Vendor may request a refund for the Transactions Fees. In order to receive a refund for the commissions charged by Vasus for any reason the request must comply with the specific requirements which are indicated below.
· Initiate Refund Request. Send an email or fax requesting refund to support@vasus.com and include the following: Your pertinent contact information. Buyer Name, Billing Address and Contact information. Order number, Order date and detailed information explaining the circumstance of the refund request.
· Vasus to Send Cancellation Email to Buyer. Vasus will send an email to the Buyer informing about the cancellation of the order.
· Vasus to Issue Refund. Vasus will issue a credit or refund for transaction fees within ten (10) days after the request for a refund was made.
You must follow each action in the order described. Vasus reserves the right to change the procedures described above when processing a refund request if there is some information that seems to be inaccurate.
Refund Charges
Refunds of Transactions Fees by Vasus for cancellations will be subject to a Vasus refund charge of $2.50.
